Burr Oak Winery is among Wisconsin's newest and easiest day-trip wineries. The beautiful stone and brick winery incorporates 100-year-old stained glass windows blending old-world charm with arts and crafts styling. Stroll through the vineyards in the quiet beauty of rolling farmland backed by the western hills. Enjoy wine tasting, browse the shop, and relax in the wine garden. Tours include a walk through the vineyards, the wine production area, and a short hike to the three-century old burr oak from which we derive our name.
THE WINES
Burr Oak Winery features a variety of red and white wines. Vintages are produced from LaCrosse, St. Pepin, Frontenac, Chardonnay, Leon Millot, Vignoles, Vidal, Foch, and Chancellor. Visit us soon and enjoy the sights and the tastes of the North.
EVENTS
"Spring is Here Festival" introduces the new wines during the first full weekend of April and includes a vine sale and pruning demonstration.
Harvest Fest is the last full weekend in September. Call to reserve the Winery for special occasions.
